The programme emphasizes the practical application of knowledge, so students will be ready to start their careers from day one.  The first two terms will help students learn how to use the likes of Twitter, Linkedin and Facebook to optimize audience interaction, design and measure viral marketing programs, integrate online, offline and mobile marketing strategies. The third term of the program is devoted to an intensive field placement in a digital media company, where they work five-days a week in an industry-related internship. Saturdays are devoted to continued coursework.

The Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Media Communication is open to graduates from any discipline (Arts, Commerce or Science) and people who are currently working, but want to switch to a career in media.
