International students with satisfactory TOEFEL score or with an overall GPA of 2.75 or more are eligible to apply. Sophomores, juniors and seniors in all majors as well as recent graduates or final year candidates can also apply.

Structured to be covered within a 8-weeks tenure, the programme’s primary objective is to bring about a social and cultural awareness among international students regarding Indian media.

Students enrolled to the programme will be forwarded opportunities to do an international media internship and will be introduced to a comprehensive media course which will enable them to understand the global mass media scenario better. To have a blend of practical with the theoretical, students will further be taken to excursions and trips and will be trained to locate individual experiences to larger frameworks of society.

The 8 week programme is to be extended to an optional 2-week learning tour to supplement the programme further.
